We are currently seeking artists, makers and creatives to take space in our newly built studios in Leyton Industrial Village. We can offer these bright, airy and newly refurbished studios on flexible lease terms, including offering the option to share space. Special rates are available to fine artists so please do get in contact if you are interested. Leyton Village Studios already has an established vibrant creative community.

The site is in located on Argall Avenue, E10. This is a stones throw away from Lea Bridge station. We have a variety studios ranging in sizes. There are also a number of workshop units which offer great natural lighting and would be particularly well suited to creative industries. The estate provides a range of services including an on-site café, automatic gates, CCTV and car parking, all carefully managed by our dedicated on site management team. With the A12 and A406 less than 10 minutes away and national rail services from Lea Bridge station, Leyton Industrial Village boasts excellent public transport links.
